You will be forever building on your understanding of both our consumer and business needs, working across the business to realise this value into the market. \n \n What you’ll do \n \n Go deep on complex initiatives, leading the discovery and definition of new digital products that help shape strategy and deliver key business outcomes \n Lead collaboration across engineering, design and delivery teams, setting the direction they align to and bringing the momentum needed to deliver it \n Be interested and passionate about how consumer credit works so that you can disrupt it from the inside out \n Partner closely with engineering teams to challenge, inform and champion technological choices that enable both near-term value delivery and long-term modernisation \n Integrate business analytics and operational excellence in every aspect of product design and development, and define metrics to measure the success of products \n Maintain a rigorously human-centred approach, obsessing about internal and external customer needs to reimagine customer outcomes \n Influence and inspire senior stakeholders and delivery partners through articulate, authentic, and data-backed communication \n \n \n What you’ll bring \n \n Proven experience working within a regulated industry, with in-market results \n Ability to conceptualise complex problems, identify levers for growth, and align long-term product strategy with iterative execution \n Exceptional communication and partnership skills, with the ability to build trust, challenge status quo thinking and align cross-functional teams around a shared vision \n Highly adept at distilling complex inputs across customer, business, data and technology domains into clear, commercially backed recommendations you can confidently pitch to senior stakeholders \n Ability to appreciate the detail, get under the hood and make decisions that unleash product engineering, displaying comfort with architectural and technology trade-offs \n Hands-on experience leading cross-functional teams in agile, test-and-learn product environments \n \n \n Where and how you'll work \n This is a permanent position based in our Nottingham or London offices . \n \n We embrace a hybrid approach to work. You'll spend three days a week in the office (Tuesday-Thursday), with Monday and Friday being dedicated work-from-home days. \At our Nottingham head office, you'll find an on-site gym, restaurant and dedicated Learning Loft.
