  • Ownership of the Material Change procedures ensuring all Standards are met and correctly evidenced and documented, including attending CAB where required.
  • Management of the day to day Intake process. Ensuring all requests maintain a high level of compliance and advising Technical teams where appropriate.
  • Coordination of the Application Recovery Plan (ARP) process. Ensuring all recovery steps are documented and approved inline with the agreed Standard.

What we’re looking for

  • Highly organised with an ability to remain focused and flexible when managing multiple initiatives throughout the Service Stability organisation.
  • Ability to communicate openly and effectively in both written and verbal form, confident meeting with internal and external Senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates a good balance between the need to restore service and the need to follow Standards and Procedures.
  • Basic understanding of Infrastructure and Application technologies.
  • Can demonstrate basic ability in problem solving techniques.

Where and how you\’ll work

This is a permanent position and is based in our Nottingham office. We have a hybrid working model which gives you flexibility to work from our offices and from home. We’re big on collaboration and connection, so you’ll be based in our office at least 3 days a week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Many of our associates have flexible working arrangements, and we\’re open to talking about an arrangement that works for you.

What’s in it for you

  • Bring us all this – and you’ll be handsomely rewarded with a role contributing to the product roadmap for an organisation committed to transformation.
  • We’re continuing our journey into the public cloud and have problems of scale, security, availability and performance for you to help solve.
  • We offer high performers strong and diverse career progression, investing heavily in developing great people through our Capital One University training programmes (and appropriate external providers).
  • Immediate access to our core benefits including pension scheme, bonus, generous holiday entitlement and private medical insurance – with flexible benefits available including season-ticket loans, cycle to work scheme and enhanced parental leave.
  • Open-plan workspaces and facilities designed to inspire and support you. Our Nottingham head-office has a fully-serviced gym, subsidised restaurant and dedicated development resources.
