We are seeking a collaborative and innovative product leader passionate about creating and scaling digital experiences that transform how people interact with credit. This role involves translating business strategies and consumer needs into growth capabilities, leveraging data, insights, and analytics, and collaborating with tech and design teams to enhance user experience. The leader will evolve existing capabilities and develop new ones to deliver relevant, proactive, and intelligent customer experiences.

What you’ll do

  1. Lead the Growth product group as a transformational, accountable, and transparent leader passionate about delivering business value.
  2. Influence senior stakeholders to manage a portfolio aimed at driving growth.
  3. Balance competing priorities to ensure strategies meet key outcomes and advance the business.
  4. Collaborate with Marketing, Analytics, Business Development, and Tech teams to prioritize initiatives.
  5. Ensure product changes align with growth strategies and are properly sequenced in roadmaps.
  6. Deepen understanding of macro trends and identify opportunities for advantage.
  7. Respond to customer needs and innovate accordingly.
  8. Focus on customer problems and promote a user-first mindset.
  9. Balance cost, risk, and technology considerations, working with tech leadership.
  10. Build extensible, value-adding capabilities and manage complexity.
  11. Improve end-to-end product delivery lifecycle with Tech Delivery Leaders.
  12. Maintain team agility to adapt to internal and strategic changes.
  13. Explore resilient, scalable technologies to stay competitive.

Where and how you\’ll work

This is a 12-month interim position based in Nottingham or London, with a hybrid working model. Expect to work from the office three days a week, with travel to Nottingham if based in London.
