We’re looking for a tech‑savvy Personal Assistant to support our Network Compliance leadership in a fast‑evolving regulatory landscape. We need a proactive problem‑solver who can navigate modern compliance software, manage sensitive documentation, and ensure our executive operations are as efficient as they are secure. This role may involve wearing multiple hats, and we're looking for someone eager to dig in and help in various areas.
What you'll do:
- Provide administrative support to executives - organizing time/schedule, preparing people/materials for meetings/presentations, travel planning as well as other work to enable supported executive to focus on more strategic work. It's expected you will support 5 - 6 executives.
- Management of administrative items such as calendar management, travel planning, expense processing.
- Meeting and Event Planning.
- Administrative tasks - completing TE's, coordinating travel arrangements, assisting with creating Google Slides presentations.
- Organize and maintain files, phone calls/messages.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a similar role ideally within a medium/large size organisation.
- Experience within Risk, Compliance, Legal and/or Financial Services is highly desirable.
- Accustomed to managing the scheduling and organization of multiple executives, making travel arrangements, processing business expenses and working with partner groups such as Finance, Accounting and HR when necessary.
- Experience coordinating with vendors for event planning (responsibilities would include: custom ordering, working within a budget, menu planning, communication of agenda/details, etc.).

This is a permanent position based in London. Our hybrid working model offers you the flexibility to work from our offices and from home, when you need to.
