You and the Role: Working in and across self-organised mobile engineering teams is a natural part of our outcome-based culture. You'll design and develop software features that are delightful and vital to the lives of credit card consumers, collaborating closely with engineering managers and senior engineers across teams.

- You are a capable senior engineer, passionate about guiding and growing junior engineers.
- You have diverse technical experience, perhaps with a background spanning backend engineering to mobile ecosystems.

- You write well-factored, well-tested code and advocate for quality using practices like Pair Programming, TDD, and BDD.

Where and how you'll work: This is a permanent position based in our Nottingham office. You'll spend three days a week in the office, with Monday and Friday being dedicated work-from-home days.
