Capital One is seeking an HR Business Partner to join our global HR function in the UK. You’ll translate business needs into people initiatives, act as a strategic advisor, and support Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging, Learning and Talent planning.
This permanent hybrid role in Nottingham or London involves three days in the office (Tue–Thu) with Monday and Friday dedicated to work‑from‑home, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, leading change, and delivering key strategic initiatives.
