What does this role entail?

  • Strong storytelling skills – Craft multichannel communications for complex projects, own strategy, manage stakeholders, and deliver impactful assets.
  • Exceptional channel knowledge – Work with digital, event, email, podcast and video communications, ensuring two‑way, accessible messaging.
  • Culture creator – Design and run memory‑making events from festivals to celebrations that reinforce company culture.
  • Data‑driven communication – Analyze impact and feedback to refine messaging and align with business metrics.
  • Associate understanding – Build deep knowledge of associate voice through collaboration with Business Resource Groups and leaders.
  • Content management – Produce timely weekly content to keep associates informed about strategy progress.
  • AI utilization – Leverage Gemini to enhance efficiency and creativity in communications.
  • Collaborative team – Work with two other Business Partners and a Head of Internal Communications to deliver a world‑class experience.

Where and how you'll work

This permanent role is based in our Nottingham office. You will work in‑office three days a week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays). Mondays and Fridays are work‑from‑home days, with the option to use office space if needed. Flexible arrangements are available.
