What the job involves
- The Workplace Experience Coordinator will work primarily from our London office, with monthly travel to our Brighton office
- You'll be the person who keeps these offices running, supporting with new starter onboarding and supporting company events
- Own the day-to-day running of our London and Brighton offices - floor walks, facilities, supplies, and sorting problems before anyone has to ask
- Be the first point of contact for office issues and manage relationships with building management and third-party providers including Kitt and Knotel
- Keep both offices stocked and compliant - from snack orders to health and safety checks
- Support new starter onboarding so that first days feel seamless, not scrambled
- Welcome visitors and candidates and make sure their experience reflects well on the business
- Support company events, travel bookings, and day-to-day financial admin including invoice processing
