Our Product team sits at the heart of everything we build. We move fast, work closely with engineering, and obsess over outcomes for our customers. The Customer Experience group owns the customer portal and main user interface functionality a customer has with our platform from the moment they’re approved through to how they use rewards, spend their money, and interact with our product every day.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the customer experience and rewards product roadmap, from ideation through to launch and iteration.
- Own end to end flows in App and Desktop customer portal.
- Define, measure, and analyse KPIs using both qualitative and quantitative research to drive prioritisation.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high‑quality product improvements at pace.
- Work intuitively with AI tools to create wireframes, mock‑ups, and user flows to communicate product thinking clearly across the business.
- Identify and resolve friction points in the customer journey, with a relentless focus on retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, compliance, and commercial to deliver joined‑up customer outcomes.
