The team includes a diverse pool of analysts with various degrees of expertise, ranging from data engineering to advanced analytics. What You'll Be Doing ðOwning the delivery of a high-volume, data-driven US acquisition channel, and contributing to its strategy and roadmap alongside the wider teamBuilding and maintaining the data pipelines (SQL, dbt) that turn internal and third-party data into campaign-ready audiencesLaunching and optimising campaigns through analysis and testingUsing your analytical skills to find commercial growth opportunities across the US customer lifecycleFinding and evaluating new data sources (e.g. third-party vendors, web scraping) for marketing, underwriting, fraud and KYBPartnering with our Data Engineering team and external partners to productionise proven datasets and pipelinesExpectations in your first 3-6 months ðMonth 1: Get to know the channel, our data stack and our key partners, and shadow a full campaign cycle from audience build to launchBy month 3: Run campaigns end to end with support, take ownership of the pipelines that power them, and start bringing your own ideas to the tableBy month 6: Own campaign delivery independently, design and launch your first test, and be an active voice in our growth strategyOur Values & Culture ðJust Pilot: We never settle for "good enough". We're Looking For ð4+ years' experience as an Analytics/Data Engineer or Data Analyst in a fast-paced environment (a start-up or scale-up)Strong analytical/ quantitative skills and able to cast business problems as analytical questionsStrong SQL skillsWillingness to "get your hands dirty" building, analysing, and maintaining complex datasetsExperience in growth or marketing analytics is a plusExperience with a programming language like Python or R, and dashboarding software such as Looker or Tableau would be a plusConviction to challenge assumptions and received wisdomCuriosity to learn and experimentAnalytical, pragmatic, and tenacious characterComfortable owning outcomes with minimal directionDiversity & Inclusion ðWe welcome, consider and encourage applications from anyone who shares our commitment to inclusivity.
