The Sales Executive Team works from our London (Shoreditch) office 4-5 days per week for the first 3 months, with the opportunity to work in the office 3 days per week after that.

Uncapped commission structure (OTE 60k-70k)
What You’ll Be Doing
- You’ll be managing your own portfolio of Customer accounts.
- You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle from outbound prospecting to ramping up card spend and account management.
- This is a telephone-based role (no face-to-face or field sales involved).
- You’ll primarily be contacting SME owner-directors selling our award-winning business credit card.
- Making 30-50 outbound cold calls per day.
- Identify target industries and organisations by working closely with the sales & growth teams.
- Prospect into target organisations using a range of outbound sales tools, campaigns and referrals.
- Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM.
- Consistently achieve monthly KPIs and new acquisition figures to build toward your quarter target.
- Contribute to revenue growth through consultative sales and strategic account management.
We’re Looking For
- 1-2+ years of telesales experience (ideally in B2B, although not required).
- Proven ability to handle a high volume of outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
- Experience in a 360 sales cycle.
- A proven track record of working to KPIs.
- An understanding of SMEs and their financial workings.
- Enthusiasm for building client relationships through outreach across various channels including phone, email, and video calls.
