We're Looking For

  • A strong data analyst background in a fintech or digital lending environment, comfortable working with messy, high‑volume SMB transaction data.
  • SQL skills that include CTEs, window functions, and understanding of WHERE vs HAVING.
  • A proactive builder instinct: you find problems in data and fix them.
  • Experience owning analytical problems end‑to‑end, from logic to deployment.
  • Comfortable working in a small, fast‑moving team where solutions are often self‑derived.

Useful but Not Essential

  • Experience building data pipelines in dbt.
  • Python or R for analysis beyond SQL.
  • Hands‑on financial crime experience including sanctions/PEPs screening, transaction monitoring platforms, and regulated reporting.
  • Hands‑on credit card fraud experience including application and card fraud.
