What you'll be doing
- Manage your own portfolio of customer accounts.
- Be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to ramping up card spend and account management.
- Engage with SME owner‑directors via a telephone‑based approach; no face‑to‑face or field sales involved.
- Self‑generate leads.
- Build and manage a customer pipeline.

We're looking for
- 2+ years of telesales experience, ideally B2B sales.

Location and Working Arrangements
Remote role with an expectation to be in our Brighton or London office once a quarter. The first onboarding week is onsite, and the company will support and organise travel and accommodation.

Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: £30,000–£40,000.
- Uncapped commission structure – OTE £60,000–£70,000.
