This is a Hybrid role, working from our Cardiff Offices 3 days per week.
What You’ll Be Doing
We’re looking for a proactive People Partner to join our team, supporting our Global Customer Operations teams in Cardiff, with occasional travel to our offices in Manchester. You’ll work closely with the Lead People Partner to deliver a great employee experience, championing our culture, values, and ways of working.
- Support and coach managers through various stages of the employee lifecycle, helping them build confidence in handling employee relations cases effectively and autonomously.
- Use data and trends to help identify and implement proactive solutions.
- Support the Lead People Partner on initiatives related to performance management, learning & development, wellbeing, and inclusion.
- Support the delivery of key people programs and cyclical processes.
- Collaborate with the wider People Function to define initiatives, policies and tools that enable our people to succeed.
- Previous experience in a People and/or ER-focused role, ideally in a fast-paced, technology driven operational environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of ER cases confidently, pragmatically and with a commercial mindset.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills — calm under pressure and confident advising managers.
- Good understanding of UK employment law and HR policies.
- Resilient, solutions-focused, and motivated to grow and develop within a supportive team.
