The Role
We are looking for a Partnership Manager to join our team and help us continue our rapid growth trajectory. You’ll be a hybrid analyst/strategist/operator, able to conduct analysis to identify opportunities, set these in the context of a broader partnership strategy, and then deliver on them. Reporting to our Head of Partnerships, you'll get consistent face time with our CEO and CCO while hunting for strategic opportunities that turn into real-world growth.
What You'll Be Doing
- Owning the partner acquisition funnel from outbound outreach to deal execution and relationship management.
- Identifying and launching new channels while optimizing the conversion funnel for existing partners.
- Exploring strategic opportunities like new reward redemption options or third-party platform integrations.
- Conducting data-driven analysis to identify growth opportunities and set broader partnership strategies.
- Representing Capital on Tap at the highest commercial level during senior-level client conversations.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance to scale partnerships effectively.
Our Values & Culture
- Just Pilot: We never settle for "good enough". We pilot new ideas fast, ask questions to figure it out, and scale quickly.
- Why Not Today? Fast is as slow as we go - speed and simplicity gives us a competitive advantage.
- Be a Buddy: We tap in from day one to help the team, we do the right thing even if it's hard.
- Owners and Dates: We don’t chase people. If you own a task and agree to a date, the expectation is that it gets done.
- Feedback: We want our employees to flourish, so we regularly provide direct and constructive feedback.
We’re Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience managing and growing partnerships within FinTech, SaaS, or SME ecosystems.
- A strong commercial mindset with a track record of negotiating agreements and delivering measurable results.
- Proficiency in using Looker, SQL, and Excel to prioritize opportunities and track performance.
- The ability to communicate clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels, including the C-suite.
- A proactive, resourceful approach to managing multiple initiatives in a high-growth environment.
- Experience with embedded finance, platform integrations, or scaling partnerships in a startup.
- Even if you don’t have all of the necessary skills, we still encourage you to apply.
Diversity & Inclusion
We welcome, consider and encourage applications from anyone who shares our commitment to inclusivity. Join us in creating a space where authenticity thrives, and everyone can do their best work.
