Capital on Tap is looking for an Engineering Team Lead to guide one of our product engineering teams in London (Moorgate). This hybrid role requires on-site presence two days a week. You will foster a people-first culture, manage the performance and well-being of engineers, and drive delivery by partnering with Product and QA while ensuring technical credibility in decision-making.
