This hybrid position is based in our London (Moorgate) office, with onsite work three days a week.

Growth Team – Role Overview

You will join the Growth Team, reporting to the Head of Growth. The mission is to increase customer acquisition, activation and retention across our customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain predictive models that influence strategy across acquisition, activation and retention.
  • Interpret commercial levers within the growth team and determine how predictive models can improve them.
  • Analyze complex datasets to uncover hidden opportunities and support smarter decision‑making.
  • Translate complex analyses into simple, compelling stories that align stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of data science solutions.
  • Research and advise on the latest data science tools and techniques.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate findings into clear recommendations.
  • 2+ years of experience building statistical models in Python and manipulating data in SQL.
  • Degree with a 2:1 or higher in a quantitative field from a top university.
  • Track record of taking ownership, managing time independently and exercising good judgement.
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast‑moving environment.

Preferred

  • 2–4 years of experience in top‑tier consulting or a high‑growth startup.
  • First‑class degree in a quantitative field from a top university.
  • Understanding of and interest in applying a commercial lens to data science problems.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with DBT, Snowflake, Looker, Hex, Azure DevOps.
  • Background in marketing, credit or financial services.
