b Overview /b p As Head of AI Engineering Enablement, you will shape Capital on Tap’s AI strategy across Product and Engineering, leading a focused Enablement team to embed AI in how we design, build, test, and ship software. You’ll redesign the delivery lifecycle around agentic AI and establish guardrails with compliance and InfoSec.
