Capital on Tap is a financial platform that offers a best‑in‑class business credit card, SME‑focused spend management, a savings product, and other tools to help small businesses. The company has 1,000+ employees, £20bn in annual card spend, and 200,000+ customers.

We are recruiting up to five graduates to join our 18‑month Graduate Programme starting September 2026. The programme features three six‑month rotations across either our core analytical teams (risk, growth, fraud) or operational teams (BizOps, Funding, FinCrime, FP&A). You will work on real projects, solve real problems, and impact real customers from our London office.

Responsibilities

  • Complete three six‑month rotations across analytical or operational teams.
  • Work on real projects that solve real problems for our customers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
  • Own tasks and meet agreed deadlines, demonstrating ownership and accountability.

Qualifications

  • Graduated in 2025 or 2026 in Maths, Economics, Computer Science, Physics, or a closely related discipline.
  • Strong curiosity and problem‑solving skills; able to figure out how things work, identify problems, and propose solutions.
  • Self‑starter with the ability to take ownership, simplify tasks, and act proactively.
