Growth Team at Capital on Tap

You’ll join the Growth Team, reporting to our Lead Commercial Analyst. The team’s mission is to drive customer acquisition, improve profitability, and maximise efficiency. You will also have significant exposure to our Chief Commercial Officer, along with other members of Senior Leadership.

What You’ll Be Doing

We’re looking for a Commercial Manager to help drive our rapid expansion by identifying and executing on high-impact commercial opportunities. You’ll be a hybrid analyst/strategist/operator, able to conduct analysis to identify opportunities, set these in the context of a broader strategy, and then deliver on them. Supporting on a wide range of the company’s most pressing strategic and analytical problems. This could be anything from exploring a new marketing channel to working out the impact on our unit economics of changing our product. You’ll be responsible for coming up with recommendations to these pressing problems and making these recommendations an operational reality.

We’re Looking For

  • Required: Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, 2:1 or higher in a quantitative degree from a top university, Strong communication skills across stakeholders, including senior leadership, A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments, Willingness to dig deep into data, tools, and systems.
  • Preferred: 2-4 years’ experience in top-tier consulting, high-growth startup, or investment banking roles, 1st-class degree in a quantitative field from a top university, Comfortable navigating financial statements and interpreting P&Ls.
  • Nice to have skills: Familiarity with SQL, DBT, Snowflake, Looker, or Hex, Background in Credit or Financial Services.

Interview Process

First round: 30 minute intro and values call with Talent Partner (Video call). Second round: 45 minute competencies overview and case study with Team Manager (Video call). Final round: 45 minute assessment with CCO (In person), with an additional 30 minute interview with another leadership team member of CoT.
