Capital on Tap is hiring a Reconciliation Operations (RecOps) Specialist to own the daily reconciliation of customer-facing money movements across our banking partners, card processors and internal systems. You'll identify unmatched items, drive root-cause analysis and define the new function from the ground up within the Finance team.
You will work closely with TechOps, Data and Engineering to ensure accurate, timely reconciliations, strengthen controls, and report on break volumes and aging.
