What you’ll be doing:
- Lead and develop our high‑performing onboarding teams.
- Ensure adherence to UK and US regulatory obligations.
- Identify and mitigate operational risk.
- Define and track KPIs and KRIs to measure performance and spot improvement opportunities.
- Manage day‑to‑day onboarding operations: capacity planning, scheduling, training, competency management, SLA management and coaching.
- Improve operations by using technology to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
- Manage the onboarding team in a fast‑paced environment, adapting to change and collaborating across teams.
- Serve as the escalation point for complex cases, staying current with regulations, industry best practices and risk trends.
- Support senior management in developing, implementing and communicating operational improvement and change initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in financial services, specialising in onboarding due diligence for business customers with complex ownership structures.
- Strong leadership skills with a history of motivating high‑performing teams in dynamic environments.
- Deep knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements, risk assessment and control design and testing.
- Analytical thinker capable of interpreting complex data and driving evidence‑based decisions.
- Pragmatic, solution‑driven, and adaptive.
