We are looking for a data‑driven CRM Communications Officer/ Analyst to join our team. This role blends creative storytelling with data‑driven marketing. You will craft compelling messages and ensure they reach the right customer at the right time through sophisticated targeting. Working closely with our Growth Associate and Marketing Manager, you’ll dive deep into our customer data to understand behaviour and identify key segments for targeted campaigns. A major part of your role will be to master our CRM platform, Customer.io, using it to build, test, and deploy communications across email, SMS, and other channels. Reporting to our Marketing & Communications Senior Manager, you’ll gain invaluable experience at the intersection of marketing, data, and technology in a fast‑paced FinTech environment.

What you’ll be doing:
- Build, test, and deploy largely email marketing campaigns and automated workflows using our CRM platform, Customer.io.
- Draft, edit, and proofread a wide range of communications, ensuring a high standard of quality.
- Analyse and use customer data to build and refine audience segments for targeted campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and assist in preparing reports on key metrics.
- Support A/B testing of subject lines, copy, and calls‑to‑action to improve effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Credit teams to gather information for customer updates.
- Maintain a content calendar for customer communications to ensure a coordinated approach.
What we are looking for:
- Around 1–2 years of commercial experience in email marketing, CRM, growth, or a related role.
- A data‑driven mindset i.e. enjoys working with data to understand performance and customer behaviour.
- Experience analysing data or campaign performance (e.g. Excel, SQL, BI tools, CRM reporting), or a strong desire to build these skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including copy editing and proofreading.
- Experience with any CRM or email marketing platform is a big plus (e.g. Customer.io, Braze, Hubspot), but a proactive willingness to learn is essential.
