This is a hybrid role. The Business Development Team works from our London (Shoreditch) office 4-5 days per week for the first 3 months, with the opportunity to work in the office 3 days per week after that. Available start date: 18/08/25 What You’ll Be Doing Manage your own portfolio of customer accounts. Be responsible for the entire sales cycle from outbound prospecting to ramping up card spend and account management. This is a telephone-based role (no face-to-face or field sales involved). Primarily contact SME owner-directors selling our award-winning business credit card. Make 30-50 outbound cold calls per day. Identify target industries and organisations by working closely with the sales & growth teams. Prospect into target organisations using outbound sales tools, campaigns, and referrals. Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM. Consistently achieve monthly KPIs and new acquisition figures to meet quarterly targets. Contribute to revenue growth through consultative sales and strategic account management. We’re Looking For 1-2+ years of telesales experience (ideally in B2B, but not required). Proven ability to handle high volume outbound prospecting and lead qualification. Experience in a 360 sales cycle. A proven track record of working to KPIs. An understanding of SMEs and their financial workings. Enthusiasm for building client relationships through outreach via phone, email, and video calls.
