Capital on Tap is looking for a Customer Engagement professional to own the initial commercial relationship with recently approved SME customers. You’ll educate, activate and grow spend by understanding each business and how our card adds value.
In a hybrid role, you'll spend most of your time speaking with SME owner-directors and finance managers, helping them move from approved to actively using Capital on Tap as a core payment tool.
