High Performers - We want winnersâwhether you were a top-billing recruiter, a relentless estate agent, or an academic high-achiever with a top-tier degree. If you have a track record of smashing 120% of your targets or dominating your studies, you have the "Outbound DNA" we're looking for.
Strong Work Ethic - No prior telesales or cold calling experience? No problem. If you've survived the front lines of retail or hospitality while balancing your education, you have the thick skin and "Gold Star" work ethic required to handle pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
