Overview
In this role you will own the initial commercial relationship with newly approved SME customers, educating and activating them to use our card as a core payment tool.
You will work directly with SME owner-directors and finance managers to understand their needs and drive spend growth.
This is a target-driven, phone-led role focused on turning approvals into active usage while collaborating with cross-functional teams to scale impact.

- Delivering a strong first experience for newly approved SME customers
- Understanding each customer's business model and payment needs
- Driving increased and sustained card spend through proactive outbound calls
- Managing a high-volume portfolio and prioritising opportunities effectively
- Making 20-30 outbound calls per day to decision-makers
- Working towards clear spend and activation targets
