This is a hybrid role. The Account Sales Team works from our Brighton office 2 days a week.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage and nurture our existing client base while driving increased card spend among our SME customers.
- Engage primarily with SME owner‑directors and finance managers, demonstrating the value of our product and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Proactively encourage and drive increased card spend.
- Work towards and hit targets of card spend.
- Make 25–30 calls a day.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management or sales.
- A proven track record of working to KPIs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, competitive spirit and a passion for driving results.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- An understanding of SMEs and their financial workings.
