🏡 This is a hybrid role. The Account Sales Team works from our Brighton office 3 days a week.

What you\’ll be doing

In this role, you will manage and nurture our newly approved client base. You’ll engage primarily with SME owner‑directors and finance managers, demonstrating the value of our product and driving increased card spend.

• Create a positive first experience with our newly approved clients.
• Proactively encourage and drive increased card spend.
• Work towards and hit targets of card spend.
• Make 35–40 calls a day.
• Proven experience in account management or sales.
• Track record of working to KPIs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated, competitive spirit and passion for driving results.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Understanding of SMEs and their financial workings.
