Overview
Account Development Manager at Capital on Tap. We are a fintech providing an all-in-one business credit card & spend management platform to help small business owners save time and money. Capital on Tap proudly serves over 200,000 businesses and aims to help 1 million small businesses by 2030. This is a hybrid role; the Account Sales Team works from our Brighton office 3 days a week.
What you'll be doing
- In this role, you will manage and nurture our newly approved client base.
- You'll engage primarily with SME owner-directors and finance managers, demonstrating the value of our product and driving increased card spend.
- Create a positive first experience with our newly approved clients.
- Proactively encourage and drive increased card spend.
- Work towards and hit targets of card spend.
- Make 35-40 calls a day.
We're looking for
- Proven experience in account management or sales.
- A proven track record of working to KPIs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, competitive spirit, and a passion for driving results.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- An understanding of SMEs and their financial workings.
