This is a Hybrid role, the Product team work from our London (Shoreditch) Offices at least 3 days per week.

What You’ll Be Doing

We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our team in charge of customer acquisition and onboarding. This team deals with a large volume of Web and App based tools and customer journeys before a customer has fully created their account. You’ll report to our Product Manager who has a decade of experience in this space. This role involves finding new efficiencies in our onboarding, using data driven insights to create value for customers and our business.

  1. Driving product initiatives and improvements by delivering best in class user journeys and customer interface.
  2. Comfortable with data analytics and commercial insights to make evidence based decisions.
  3. Liaise with third-party vendors we rely on to deliver on the latest and best products.
  4. Together with the Product Manager, you’ll shape the roadmap and business strategy in our planning sessions.
  5. Relentlessly optimising our onboarding funnel through subject matter expertise and engaging stakeholder management.
  6. Implement change requests, plugin new APIs or data sources that generate a direct impact on our bottom line.

You’ll Need To Be Comfortable

  1. Finding creative solutions to complex problems under time pressure.
  2. Communicating effectively with the Engineering team to provide situational context.
  3. Owning your area, becoming the expert in your field, being accountable to colleagues and stakeholders in the wider business.
  4. Developing and maintaining an intuitive understanding of what makes our product stand out and solve real customer problems creatively.
  5. Being a data-driven self-starter, analytical enough to create features that focus on outcomes and show situational awareness in the wider company context.
  6. Knowing your customer and driving value through new insights which come from customer stories or data analysis.
  7. Creating wireframe screens, mock-ups and user flows for new product features and content.
  8. Working closely with the Design team to challenge them on designs and help them develop consistent design patterns that are future proofed.
  9. Saying no to non priority items, poorly thought through feature requests and scope creep.

We’re Looking For

  1. Someone who has a history of delivering great customer outcomes.
  2. A track record managing multi-stage projects with tight timelines and multiple stakeholders.
  3. Someone with commercial acumen and business sense that create win win situations for us and the customer.
  4. Someone with gut instincts on how to delight our customers and who continues to raise the bar on what it means to be industry leading.

  2. Second stage: 30-minute Google Meet chat with Senior Product Manager
  3. Final stage: 1 hour technical on-site interview with Product Director
