Our client, a Global Bank, is currently recruiting a Vice President for their Capital Structuring & Advisory team, based in London.
Responsibilities:
- Delivery of reliable technical analysis concerning many facets of broader corporate finance concepts, including credit ratings, debt capacity, mergers / disposals, IPO implications etc.
- Production of customer-facing output materials in close collaboration and under guidance from the Team Head.
- Creation of the technical and research-backbone to support the analytical appraisal of corporate finance enquiries.
- Provide information to clients on the Bank's products and services, including investment banking products.
Key Skills Required:
- Experience in producing / navigating corporate financial models, including handling of P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow inputs.
- Experience in ascertaining different capital structure components, including senior and junior debt components.
- Some experience in applying rating agency methodology.
