The Project Estimator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of medium to large-scale project works across commercial and residential properties in London. The Project Estimator works closely with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to review specifications, obtain quotations, and support project managers during pre-construction stages, always maintaining the highest standards in service delivery and compliance with Health and Safety regulations.

  • Providing estimates and pricing support on medium to large project works
  • Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations
  • Supporting operational teams and the Project Managers during pre-construction stages
  • Working closely with management to review QCs and problem solving

You will be required to be flexible and work both in the office as well as attend client sites when required.

Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Construction or equivalent
  • Proficient in the use of Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Flexible and adaptable to varying workloads

Permanent and Full Time
