About the Job

We are seeking an experienced fabric Estimator with great customer service skills to join our team in London, who specialise in building maintenance within commercial & residential properties. As an Estimator, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality maintenance solutions for our clients.

Duties

  • Providing estimates and pricing support
  • Preparing timely and accurate quotations based on customer requirements and KPI’s
  • Preparing presentation packs for tender submissions
  • Working closely with management to review QC’s and problem solving
  • Working with internal teams to resolve various technical issues in a timely manner
  • Ensure compliance in Health and Safety Regulations
  • Procurement of materials and equipment to carry out works

Qualifications and experience

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience of estimating within the construction industry
  • Working knowledge of schedule rates
  • NVQ Level 3 in Construction or equivalent
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Numerate
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Proficient in the use of Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Flexible and adaptable to varying workloads
  • A hardworking and reliable work ethic
