Capital Letters Property Management is looking for a reliable and organised Letting Agent to support our growing portfolio in Aberdeen. This role is suited to someone who enjoys working in a busy office, dealing with tenants, landlords and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day letting process, including property enquiries, viewings, applications and tenant communications.
  • Liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors to arrange repairs, maintenance, inspections and general property management tasks.
  • Market available rental properties across appropriate platforms, ensuring listings, photographs and property details are accurate and up to date.
  • Maintain clear records of tenancies, property activity, compliance documents and communications using the company’s internal systems.
