About Capital Law
Capital Law is a growing commercial law firm. We work with clients across the UK and internationally, providing high quality services to the private, public and third sectors. As the Contracts Administrator, you’ll be part of the Business Development team, acting as the central point of contact for coordinating and managing our contracts database.
- Review new and existing Framework Agreements and major contracts to identify obligations for Legal, HR, Finance and Operations teams.
- Identify commercial risks and coordinate responses with guidance from our Legal team and subject matter experts.
- Provide regular updates internally and externally on contract status and performance.
- Understanding of bids, procurement, and contract management (experience of working in a bid team would be advantageous).
- Experience in identifying risk within contract administration.
- Knowledge of AI tools for enhancing contract management and task scheduling.
