As the Contracts Administrator, you’ll be part of the Business Development team, acting as the central point of contact for coordinating and managing our contracts database.
- Review new and existing Framework Agreements and major contracts to identify obligations for Legal, HR, Finance and Operations teams.
- Identify commercial risks and coordinate responses with guidance from our Legal team and subject matter experts.
- Provide regular updates internally and externally on contract status and performance.
- Understanding of bids, procurement, and contract management (experience of working in a bid team would be advantageous).
- Experience in identifying risk within contract administration.
- Knowledge of AI tools for enhancing contract management and task scheduling.
