As our Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in providing effective administrative and recruitment support. This includes recruiting for our trainee lawyer programme. We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, detail orientated and passionate about recruitment and providing an exceptional, people focused service.
Key Requirements- Working closely with the Recruitment Business Partner to understand the recruitment needs and objectives of the business.
- Managing advertisements for all vacancies, ensuring they are live across various channels, such as online job boards, internal careers page, website, ATS and social media platforms.
- Screening CVs and shortlisting candidates for a range of roles including our Vacation Scheme and Trainee lawyer programmes.
- Arranging interviews for candidates and completing any accompanying administrative tasks.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the Recruitment system.
- Organising and attending university careers fairs and other events that support our junior talent pipeline.
- Organising Assessment Centres from scheduling and inviting candidates, coordinating logistics and ensuring smooth and professional running, and an excellent candidate experience.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Coordinator, preferably in-house.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task, prioritise a high-volume workload and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and colleagues.
- People orientated with a commitment to provide an excellent service.
- A flexible “can do approach” with the ability to work proactively, use your own initiative and offer solutions.
- Excellent administrative and IT skills to include MS Office and Recruitment (ATS) systems.
- High level of professionalism and discretion, with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
