Onsite work required – this role is based at our London office (Farringdon), so you will be required to be in the office five days a week, from 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday.

The Role
As our Legal Administrator, you’ll play a pivotal role in providing administrative support to a team of six lawyers in our London office. This role requires exceptional organisational skills and somebody who is highly motivated with the ability to multi-task. The successful candidate will also assist our Office Manager in setting up meetings and greeting clients.
Key Requirements
- Preparing correspondence and legal documents
- Maintaining accurate documentation and filing systems
- File opening/closing
- Supporting and coordinating client billing
- Minute taking, audio and copy typing
- Managing emails, correspondence, calls and enquiries
- Photocopying and scanning documents
- Diary management, planning and organising meetings, travel and accommodation and lunches
What We’re Looking For
- Previous administration experience
- Excellent IT skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, prioritise a high-volume workload and work to deadlines
- Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to changing requirements and identify opportunities for improvement
- A flexible ‘can do’ approach with the ability to work proactively, use own initiative and offer solutions
