We’re looking for a friendly, highly organised Receptionist to join our Cardiff office. You’ll be the first point of contact for our people, clients, and guests, ensuring reception runs smoothly. This is a key role at the heart of Capital, based on site in Cardiff, five days a week. Onsite role – this role is based at our Cardiff Office. You will be required to work in the office five days a week, Monday to Friday, from 8.30 a.m. -5.00 p.m.
Key Requirements
- Act as the first point of contact for staff, clients, and guests ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
- Manage incoming and outgoing post.
- Oversee the switchboard and reception e‑mail address, dealing promptly with queries.
- Arrange staff travel and accommodation.
- Order and maintain stationary supplies.
- Arranging and sourcing couriers.
- Arranging dry cleaning collections.
- Assist the Facilities Manager with ad hoc projects and tasks.
