2 Years (2027 Intake) – Full time (Mon-Fri, 9:00-17:30)

Your Training Contract with Capital Law We’re looking for exceptional candidates to join our team. As a trainee solicitor, you’ll receive first-class training and development in a supportive environment that’s committed to helping you grow. Our comprehensive two-year training contract is designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and commercial awareness necessary to excel as a solicitor. Your journey begins with our tailored Trainee Induction Programme, designed to maximise your potential and set you up for success.
What can you expect?
During your training contract, you’ll rotate through four six-month seats across different practice areas, giving you a well-rounded experience and the opportunity to discover where your passion lies. You’ll gain hands-on experience working on complex cases and projects, supported by a dedicated mentor and supervisor in each seat. Your rotations may include areas such as:
- Commercial Disputes
- Corporate & Debt
- Commercial & Regulatory
- Real Estate
- Employment & Immigration
While we try to accommodate your preferences, seat allocation is determined by business needs and availability.
Alongside your day-to-day work, you’ll participate in workshops, group activities, presentations, and networking events, helping you build strong relationships across the firm. You’ll also develop key skills through tailored training sessions and engage with colleagues at all levels.

If you’re applying via the LPC or SQE route, you must have passed the LPC or SQE1 before the start of your training contract.
