About The Role
Due to continued strategic growth and high client demand we are looking for an experienced property litigator to join our existing group of property litigators within our highly regarded Disputes team in Cardiff or London. We work with owners, landlords, tenants, property developers, and housing associations to iron out property disputes. We work flexibly and team members work from home and/or from either of our offices.
You will have a passion for contentious work (primarily contentious property work) and your caseload will be varied. You will handle your own matters (with supervision) and assist the partners on more complex matters. You’ll also be involved in a range of business development activities. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career and reputation as part of a growing commercial disputes team.
The role will be from Solicitor to Principal Associate level, depending on experience.
Key Requirements
- Manage a varied caseload of property litigation matters.
- Experience of advising on commercial landlord and tenant disputes, boundary and access issues, and strategic dispute resolution.
- Work closely with colleagues to resolve complex cases.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients.

What we’re looking for
- Property litigation solicitor with 4+ years’ post-qualification experience or equivalent.
- Commercially aware with enthusiasm for business development.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, clear written presentation, strong organisational skills, good time management, good initiative, and problem-solving ability.
- The experience, confidence, and initiative to take responsibility for handling your own cases and discreet parts of larger cases with minimal supervision.
- Technically competent and commercially aware.
- Team focused with a flexible and collaborative approach to working with others, but also able to work alone.
- A strong client focused approach with plenty of drive and enthusiasm to help us to provide an excellent client service
