We’re now looking for a talented Senior Commercial Lawyer to help us grow our national presence and continue delivering exceptional service to our clients.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts.
- Advise clients on commercial law, IP, data protection, and e-commerce.
- Deliver training and presentations to clients and internal teams.
- Support corporate transactions with commercial, IP, and IT expertise.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to provide strategic legal input.

- Qualified solicitor with 7+ years PQE in commercial law.
