About The Role
Join one of Wales’ largest commercial legal teams. We are proud of our reputation for delivering expert legal solutions to major businesses across the UK. We’re now looking for a talented Senior Commercial Lawyer to help us grow our national presence and continue delivering exceptional service to our clients.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts.
- Advise clients on commercial law, IP, data protection, and e-commerce.
- Deliver training and presentations to clients and internal teams.
- Support corporate transactions with commercial, IP, and IT expertise.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to provide strategic legal input.

- Qualified solicitor with 7+ years PQE in commercial law.
- Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness.
