We have an exciting opportunity for a Principal Associate to join our thriving Corporate & Private Equity team in Cardiff or London.
The Corporate & Private Equity team's main focus is on M&A and Private Equity transactions; we handle complex and high-value matters, and our clients are generally based in London, but also across the UK and internationally. We have offices in Cardiff, London, and Paris. We work flexibly and team members work from home and/or from either of our offices.
What are we looking for?
We're seeking a driven and experienced corporate lawyer with up-to-date expertise in corporate transactions and private equity. You'll be a qualified Solicitor with at least 7 years' post-qualification experience, confident working on complex and diverse deals, and a collaborative team player.
