About The Role
We’re looking for an Office Coordinator to help keep our office and reception operations running seamlessly. In this varied role, no two days will be the same, you’ll get stuck into a wide range of tasks, making every day interesting and rewarding.
Responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting clients, staff, and guests, providing refreshments as needed.
- Setting up meetings, events and training sessions.
- Supporting the Office & Events Coordinator in managing events.
- Maintaining and organising meeting rooms and communal areas.
- Monitoring office supplies and placing orders with Reception.
- Assisting with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks.
- Providing reception cover when needed, managing the switchboard and handling queries efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong commitment to providing an excellent office experience.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- A proactive and flexible approach with the ability to use own initiative.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- A full, clean driving licence would be beneficial but is not essential.
