As a Program Manager in the Global Product Execution (GPX) team for Europe and Asia, you will be a strategic partner to Product Group leaders and key stakeholders across the enterprise to define and deliver on Capital Group’s product launch and execution objectives, and lead efforts to achieve strategic business objectives across Europe and Asia. This role owns the end‑to‑end delivery of complex interdependent product launches and material product changes, applying deep product expertise and disciplined execution. You will drive planning, governance, and delivery; partner closely with cross‑functional teams; advanced delivery methodologies, thought leadership, and apply data‑driven insights to manage risk, dependencies, and outcomes. • Develop product subject matter expertise and a true end-to-end understanding of CG’s entire product management lifecycle.
  • Design and implement solutions to solve strategic business problems as they relate to product launches and product changes.
  • Own end-to-end execution of investment vehicle product launches and material product changes (e.g., guidelines, liquidations/mergers) of varying complexity and type through effective planning, organization, communication, implementation and management of corresponding project teams.
  • Manage project teams in a matrix environment and evolve the product development and launch capabilities by staying connected and up to speed on project management disciplines.
  • Build and execute a change management strategy and plan — leveraging change management practitioners for high-impact efforts — that includes a communication and content development strategy to effectively engage stakeholder groups through the most connective channels across Europe and Asia.
  • Stakeholder management and influencing across the organization.
  • Create appropriate deliverables such as work plans, scope, cost estimates, resource plans and governance structure.
  • Manage critical paths, dependencies, and multiple concurrent initiatives to deliver intended business outcomes.
  • Apply disciplined governance and risk management, ensuring clear accountability, timely issue escalation, and predictable delivery across stakeholders and partners.
  • Build structure and operational rigor through planning, controls, and data‑driven reporting to manage scope, timeline, budget, and quality.
  • Partner cross‑functionally to secure the right resources, optimize performance, and deliver high‑quality outcomes.
  • Partnering with Global Technology to build and evolve Product Hub to enable the business to scale and achieve efficiency.
  • Continuously improve launch execution, identifying opportunities in our processes and technology suite to standardize, scale, and strengthen the GPX center of excellence.
