As a Product Manager Lead in Global Business Services (GBS) Tech, you will help modernise and streamline the tools, systems, and processes that support our enterprise business groups and operations.
What You'll Do
- Strengthen the Product Management practice. You'll help define what good product management looks like and raise the bar for how the team works.
- Partner with business and peer technology stakeholders to understand needs, define problem spaces, and translate insights into a clear, actionable, prioritised product direction - moving between hands-on delivery, roadmap and strategy work, and rollout plans as priorities shift.
- In a rapidly developing AI landscape, help advocate, manage, and implement the value-driven use of AI across both what we build and how we build it - especially as product and engineering roles converge.
- Fluent in product practice end to end - from stakeholder management and discovery through delivery - and instinctively look for ways AI can sharpen how the team works, helping others adopt it in practical, value-driven ways.
- Confident forming and testing hypotheses, and skilled at deriving insights from qualitative and quantitative data.
- Brings enterprise delivery experience (a bonus).
