Overview
In this Senior Analyst role, you shape and deliver Capital Group’s BDAT data and analytics roadmap, translating business priorities into impactful data products.
You’ll standardize data foundations, govern tagging across digital channels, and establish scalable measurement to improve client journeys and content effectiveness.
You’ll collaborate with marketing, Mar Tech, and technology partners to drive trusted insights at scale and explore AI/automation to accelerate analytics.

Responsibilities
- Translate business priorities into data product requirements and delivery milestones
- Manage digital data foundations, including Marketing Golden Records, data quality, lineage and reusable datasets
- Govern taxonomy across digital channels ensuring consistent tagging and definitions on platforms like AEM, Workfront, Seismic, Salesforce
- Establish a scalable measurement framework for A/B testing and experimentation with marketing teams
- Deliver and enhance Adobe page dashboards and analytics outputs for stakeholders
- Contribute to rollout of Adobe Experience Platform including audience, measurement, data quality, and governance needs
- Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to digital analytics and content optimization
- Partner with business stakeholders to ensure analytics solutions align with goals
- Represent BDAT requirements in cross-functional initiatives and future platforms
- Support data-driven decision making and client journey insights across digital channels
- Key requirements
- Experience in web analytics and digital analytics or digital marketing measurement
- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Experience Manager, Workfront or equivalents
- Experience using Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud data
- Experience with cloud data and analytics platforms such as Databricks and SQL/Python
- Experience with business intelligence platforms like Power BI or Tableau
- Experience applying AI and automation to analytics to generate insights
- Ability to translate business needs into analytics or data product requirements
- Knowledge of asset management data challenges
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to explain complex data to diverse audiences
