Role Summary: Under the supervision of senior staff, the International Fund Administration Associate Senior is exposed to and participates in a broad range of activities, including NAV oversight, fund accounting operations, and financial reporting for Luxembourg, Australian, and UK retail investment funds, as well as Luxembourg investment funds. The role supports the team in time-critical review, verification, and production activities, including reconciliations, valuations, reporting, and vendor oversight, to ensure the accuracy of daily NAV calculations.

Primary responsibilities/essential functions:

  • Assists with the fund accounting operations functions related to cash reconciliations and cash monitoring.
  • Portfolio reconciliations (positions, pricing, and income).
  • Cash management oversight.
  • Processing of complex transactions such as fund launch.
